Hypnosis is the name given to the naturally occurring mental state during which your subconscious , or inner mind, is made available to the outside world.  This mental state happens all the time.  It is part of being a human being, it is how we learn bad habits and get fears and poor self image programmed into us.

Through the use of a combination of science and art we can ask your conscious mind to step aside and allow you to receive positive, beneficial suggestions into your inner mind or subconscious.  When you allow this to happen - that is hypnosis.

For most people, they remember and are aware of everything they hear, feel and do during hypnosis.

For other people, the lucky few, their conscious mind steps so far aside that they don't remember what happens during hypnosis, but, even for those lucky few people, hypnosis can't make them do things they don't want to.  "Why not?"  Because your conscious and subconscious mind will prevent you from receiving any suggestions that go against your true personality and who you truly are.  That is a very important fact - hypnosis can not make you do something you do not want to do!  

So, hypnosis is natural, easy and can be very beneficial - you should try it...what can you lose?
